Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, reflecting rates provided by Canada Post and similar couriers. Please note that long swords and large items measuring over 100 cm incur an oversize fee, which will be included in the shipping cost.

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including an express solution for patrons on a tight timeline. You can upgrade from standard shipping to express after placing your order by contacting us and paying the difference. For inquiries, please reach out to einar@trollkarlarmory.com.

A tracking number will be provided with all orders, allowing you to stay updated on the delivery status.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to any destination served by Canada Post and alternate couriers. While limitations are rare, please verify international import regulations to avoid any complications.

Regions Not Served By Shopify

Trollkarl Armory ships globally. If you notice your region not served by the system of this website, please contact us directly and we will find a suitable workaround to place your order.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to variable processing times, as many pieces are made to order in batches of varying sizes. Please be advised there may be a waiting period before your order begins, depending on the workshop's backlog.

Update emails will be provided throughout the process, from order confirmation, construction updates, until the final dispatch date, confirming the package's dropoff at the post office with its tracking number provided.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor its progress in transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at einar@trollkarlarmory.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. While Trollkarl Armory assumes no liability for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they leave our shop, we will work with you to seek a resolution. If you encounter issues such as an incorrect address or customs denial, please reach out as soon as possible.

Delays in Shipping

Delays can occur during shipping, including random selections for customs processing. If you have concerns about delays, please contact us, and we will investigate the cause.
